Installation
Installation usually takes one day. The warranty covers workmanship for 5 years, materials for 2 years, and Blum hardware comes with a lifetime warranty.

Custom hall and hallway
The hall is the first room a visitor sees and usually the most awkward room in the flat: narrow, low, windowless, with doors on three sides and a radiator where the cupboard would be. That's why custom furniture makes the biggest difference here — there's simply nothing off-the-shelf for these sizes.
Shoe and Outerwear Cabinet
In a narrow hallway, the depth of the closet determines whether the space remains passable. For shoes on slanted shelves, a depth of 20 to 25 cm is sufficient, which means the closet barely encroaches on the space. For jackets on a vertical hanger, you’ll need 35 cm, and for a standard hanger, 55 cm—if there isn’t enough space, use a pull-out hanger.
We usually build the closet to reach the ceiling. Suitcases and seasonal shoes go on top, everyday shoes on the bottom, and jackets and bags in the middle. We often leave the bottom section open so that the shoes you’re wearing this week don’t get caught on the door.
Bench with Storage
A shoe bench is an item that people most often forget about and then miss the most. We make it with an open compartment for shoes at the bottom or with a lift-up seat and storage space. A height of 45 cm is comfortable for adults; for families with small children, we add an extra low step.
Wall-Mounted Shelving Unit and Mirror
Above the bench, we’ll create a hanging wall with hooks and a shelf for keys, mail, and sunglasses. A mirror at the height of the hallway visually doubles the space—in a narrow space, this is the most cost-effective way to make it feel wider. If desired, we can install it with LED lighting along the edge.
Colors and Light
In the entryway, we almost always recommend light-colored finishes and handle-less cabinet fronts (push-to-open or recessed), because any visible handle in a narrow space obstructs the passageway. LED lighting under the cabinet also helps—entryways are rarely well-lit enough.
Term and warranty
It typically takes 4 to 6 weeks from measurement to installation, and installation takes half a day to one day. Warranty: 5 years on workmanship and installation, 2 years on materials, and a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty on Blum hardware.

Frequently Asked Questions
How deep can a closet be in a narrow hallway?
Already 20-25 cm is enough for shoes on inclined shelves and 35 cm for jackets on longitudinal hangers; thus the corridor remains passable.
Do you also make wall covering and mirror?
Yes - we make the wall coverings, hanging wall and mirror as part of the same plan, in the same material as the cabinets.
How long does it take?
It takes 4–6 weeks from measurement to installation; installation of the entryway takes half a day to one day—or as agreed.
What is the warranty?
5 years for production and assembly, 2 years for materials (panels, fronts, worktops). Blum fittings (hinges, guides, lifting mechanisms) are covered by the manufacturer's lifetime warranty - for the lifetime of the furniture in normal domestic use.
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use or maintenance: moisture and stagnant water (e.g. leakage under the sink or dishwasher), impacts, scratches and overloading of shelves or drawers, cleaning with aggressive or abrasive agents, direct heat and steam (appliances without adequate protection), interventions or processing by third parties, normal wear and tear and natural properties of wood (differences in color and structure, reduced wood performance due to changes in humidity). The devices have their own manufacturer's warranty. Subsequent door and drawer adjustments are made by agreement.
