Production in the workshop
We manufacture all components in our own workshop in Ig using Blum or Hettich hardware, with a lead time of 4–6 weeks or as agreed. We’ll let you know when the kitchen will be ready so you can coordinate with your other contractors.
Installation
Installation in one to two days, connection of appliances, adjustment of doors and drawers, then measurement of stone or ceramic slabs (most often it is brought already during installation). Warranty 5 years on manufacturing, 2 years on materials, lifetime warranty on Blum fittings.

A custom kitchen is more than just furniture—it’s the space where a family spends most of its time. At JOLLY-S, we design and build them in our own workshop in Ig near Ljubljana, from the initial measurements to the installation of the last appliance. Since 1992, we have furnished more than a thousand homes in Ljubljana, Ig, Škofljica, Brezovica, Vrhnika, Grosuplje, and throughout Slovenia.
The advantage of custom-made kitchens is simple: we adapt the kitchen to the space, not the other way around. A sloped ceiling in the attic, a pillar in the middle of the room, a low ceiling, or non-standard window heights—all of these are problems with mass-produced kitchens, but with custom-made kitchens, they present an opportunity for additional storage space.
How We Plan
We base our design on how you actually cook. Where the sink is located in relation to the stove and refrigerator, how much counter space you need, whether you bake and need a tall oven, and how many people are in your family. We adjust the counter height to your height—a difference of five centimeters can take a toll on your spine over the course of ten years. We design the drawers to be deep where the pots go and shallow where the cutlery is stored.
We present the design in 3D so you can see the kitchen before it’s built. The quote is broken down by item—you can see how much the cabinetry costs, how much the cabinet fronts cost, and how much the hardware costs.
Materials and Hardware
We source our panels and decorative finishes from trusted suppliers—Egger, Kronospan, Cleaf, and Frischeis. We manufacture cabinet bodies from high-quality particleboard with ABS edges; for cabinet fronts, you can choose from veneer (oak, walnut, ash), textured Cleaf panels, lacquered panels in a color of your choice, laminates, and compact panels. We craft countertops from stone, ceramic, or laminate and coordinate them with the overall design—we often install them right during the assembly process.
The hardware is what determines whether the kitchen will still function like new fifteen years from now. We use Blum or Hettich: soft-close drawers, lift mechanisms for upper cabinets, interior drawers, and systems for corner cabinets.
Price and Deadline
Smaller custom kitchens start at around €6,000; most projects range from €9,000 to €18,000, excluding appliances. The price depends on the length, choice of cabinet fronts, countertops, and hardware—after we take measurements, you’ll receive an exact quote with no hidden charges.
It usually takes 6 to 10 weeks from the approval of the plan to installation. Installation takes one to two days, followed by the measurement of the countertop.
We offer a 5-year warranty on manufacturing and installation, a 2-year warranty on materials, and Blum hardware is covered by the manufacturer's lifetime warranty.

How long does it take from the initial viewing to installation?
Typically 6–10 weeks or as agreed: measurements and design within the first two weeks, manufacturing 4–6 weeks, installation 1–2 days. During peak season (spring, fall), we recommend making arrangements earlier.
Do you also install appliances and countertops?
Yes. We design the kitchen along with the appliances, which you can choose yourself or we can recommend to you. As a rule, we measure and install stone or ceramic countertops after the cabinetry has been installed; if we can reliably determine the dimensions in advance, we’ll deliver and install them along with the kitchen.
What is the warranty?
5 years for production and assembly, 2 years for materials (panels, fronts, worktops). Blum fittings (hinges, guides, lifting mechanisms) are covered by the manufacturer's lifetime warranty - for the lifetime of the furniture in normal domestic use.
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use or maintenance: moisture and stagnant water (e.g. leakage under the sink or dishwasher), impacts, scratches and overloading of shelves or drawers, cleaning with aggressive or abrasive agents, direct heat and steam (appliances without adequate protection), interventions or processing by third parties, normal wear and tear and natural properties of wood (differences in color and structure, reduced wood performance due to changes in humidity). The devices have their own manufacturer's warranty. Subsequent door and drawer adjustments are made by agreement.
